Handmade "Seed Pod" Pendant

From the studio of Susan Mahlstedt comes this pretty handmade drop pendant. Susan's workshop is in Kansas City, where she creates modern, wearable jewels with remarkable perfection and exquisite craftsmanship.

The botanical pendant is sterling silver and has been crafted by hand to resemble a seed pod. The pendant is composed from a textured, oxidized leaf shape, and studded with a round freshwater button pearl. A vine-shape loop connects the pendant to a simple bail. The pendant comes on a sterling silver snake chain, 18 inches long, with a lobster claw clasp. It measures 1 and 1/4 inches long and 7/8 of an inch wide.
