Dark, dramatic and moody. This dark violet-gray spinel traveled all the way from Burma, to grace us with its gothic glamour. A spectacular sparkle is emitted from its velvety depths. The spinel is genuine, and has been fashioned as a rectangular cushion. It weighs 1.42 carats.

Set it with colorless diamonds in brushed platinum, or in rich 22 karat yellow gold, with lush colorful gems in shades of purple, magenta, or royal blue.

Spinel has good hardness, and is durable enough to be worn in a ring or pendant.
